Andre & Sarah were my first wedding booked for 2026, and it was also my second proposal since being back behind the camera. These are the kinds of moments I hold really close to my heart.

There’s something about being invited into such emotional milestones that always makes me think back to my own proposal, and how special those feelings are. I truly hope everyone gets to experience that kind of love and excitement in their own way.

One thing I’ve noticed especially since coming back is how much each session has helped me grow. With every shoot, I feel myself getting more confident, and I can see that reflected in my work.

Photographers don’t always talk about self-doubt or not feeling “good enough,” but it’s something many of us carry. Coming back into this, I’ve definitely felt that at times too.

With Andre & Sarah, I really felt like I was stepping into a stronger version of my work — and these images feel like a reminder that growth is happening, even when you don’t always notice it in the moment.
